Snow Advisory Thursday and Friday March 26, 27

Alert,

Please pass this along to fellows who may not be on the email list if you know they plan to ride tomorrow.
Please do not plan to ride on the 1pm GH - Bldr and 2 pm Bldr- GH trip. We are canceling this for tomorrow, Thursday March 26.

We plan to have service tomorrow on schedule in the morning and two times in the evening as scheduled. However, due to a considerable snow storm, we may be late and possibly need to cancel service. We will try to stay on time!


We may need to be late or cancel on Friday. We will run as usual on Friday unless the roads are unplowed or conditions are to precarious for the shuttle and its driver.

If you have any suggestions or concerns about how this alert is distributed,  or if service should cancel sooner... I would love to hear from you.

Again, Please do not plan to ride at 1 pm, and there may be delays.

Planned Downtime/Maintenance

Please make a note:

We will be installing our Bio-fuel System on 3/13/09 and 3/14/09 (Friday and Saturday).

Be aware, this may affect Monday the 16th! (We will try very, very hard to be ready Monday a.m.)

We appoligize for the Missed Days, but a bio-fuel system will help reduce our costs and increase our earth friendliness.

Our fuel oil will soon come used, from local resources. Please consider donating if you have or collect waste vegetable oil (fryer oil, canola oil, soy oil, etc.). Thanks!

2 Minor Schedule Changes: Ward 6:40am & Evening RTD 6:10

Do to a logistical issue, the pick up time in Ward will have to be 6:40am in order to make the Gold Hill in 7am stop. All other times along that route in the morning will not change.

 

The other other time is the evening stop at RTD will now be at & 6:10. Although the bus may be late, please arrive by 6:10.  Thank you again for all your patience and ridership. Week 1 was a blast!

New Evening Times

We hope not to alter the schedule after today's change (2/25/09) until March 9, unless the two late trips in the evening prove to be unworkable. If we do make a change, the change will be to push the last trip WEST later 5-10 minutes.

It took being live for a few days to better understand what we need to do. Thank you for your patience. We will make another schedule review March 9 and then again June 1.
